Aquabike
The Aquabike discipline is back for 2024, after the success of the inaugural event in 2022 we're excited to welcome back Aquabike athletes. You will enjoy the two lap swim in Whitwell creek, the new three lap bike course around a large part of Rutland before a warm welcome home to our fantastic race site.
All athletes must be a member of the BTF or will be required to purchase a day licence at £6 a head.
Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd overall AquaBike Male and Female.
Race Date: 08/09/2024
Distance:1.9km swim, 89km bike.
Event Site: Whitwell, Rutland water
Swim: Open water, 2 laps, sheltered creek
Bike: Open roads, 3 laps, undulating varied profile
Run: From T2 - Finish line (100m) you're welcome to run or walk as it won't count towards your official time.
Entry fee: £99.00
(+day licence £6 per athlete if not a BTF member)
Start time: from 6:30am TBC
Cut Off time: 12:00pm
Minimum age: 18 yrs
