Amazing Race Bling
The swim course is located in the sheltered bay of Whitwell creek. We have a rolling start for a smooth and "calm-ish" race start. The course is well marked, sheltered from the prevailing wind and covered by an excellent safety crew.
Beginners you'll feel really well looked after and speedsters you'll be pushing for a PB!
The bike course uses the roads surrounding Rutland Water with a beautiful 2 lap route. You'll pedal through Rutland countryside, pretty Rutland villages and large woodland areas. The bike course mixes technical with head down bum up riding with a real variety of features.
The run route follows the perimeter track of Rutland Water. There's a good reason thousands of people visit this place every year and you'll see why on this route. The turn point for the run is at Rutlands most recognisable landmark, Normanton church.
Our finish line is located at the event hub in Whitwell where you'll receive a VIP welcome, some great race bling and plenty of spectator support.
